The existing content hub faced three core problems: poor information architecture, an uninspired visual aesthetic, and a fractured user journey. The challenge was to blend an SEO-optimized layout with high quality visuals and interactivity that meshed with the brands' tone of voice and style.

Solution & outcome
The final design married a structured SEO framework and Splice's vibrant brand personality. Key improvements included:
Curated sections based on user intent: We implemented category blocks and a "Latest Obsessions" section to surface top-performing assets and guide users to relevant topics.
Refined components: Redesigned article cards with a clear visual hierarchy, adding "freebie" tags and date stamps to improve credibility and user trust.
Visual impact: Utilized a "dark mode" palette to create a high contrast that emphasized the vibrant hero thumbnails.
