Problem
The blog’s original design was a bottleneck for growth. With a layout that was less than ideal and a lack of clear visual hierarchy, the blog was difficult to navigate, which hurt both the user experience and SEO.

Solution & outcome
To get the blog back on track, I focused efforts in two areas—revamping the page’s "bones" (structure) and updating the visual design system.
On the structural side, I re-organized the hub with a featured post section, a new search tool, and dedicated category pages to make finding recipes or tips actually intuitive. For the articles themselves, I built in "utility" features like quick-answer boxes, tables of contents, and shoppable product cards to help with SEO and conversions.
Visually, the goal was to move away from a "generic blog" and toward a high-end editorial feel. Key updates included:
Introduced a cookbook-inspired header: Shifted away from the "generic blog" look and created a header inspired by modern cookbooks.
Clearer hierarchy: Revised text styles to establish clear visual hierarchy.
Visual personality: Utilized emojis and modern components to keep the vibe playful and appeal to the target audience.
